Practicing in a safe and confidential group allows us to reduce feelings of isolation and fosters a greater sense of community, shared humanity, and connection with others.

Blooming Heart offers Mindful Self-Compassion groups designed to help deepen your mindfulness practice and develop greater capacity for self-acceptance and meeting personal struggles with an attitude of kindness. 

Joining the Group

The cost for joining the Mindful Self-Compassion Groups is 25.00 dollars for a 90-minute group session.

 

The group consists of a total of 10 weekly 90-minute meetings. 

​

All members are required to keep information shared in the group as confidential.
